Progress is just that, and that's that

The latest is that the interior guys are just about ready to install the new interior in the CallAir Cadet ... work proceeds at the speed of escargot, with sheet metal being formed, primed and painted. The interior shop has the material ... seats are close to done, sidewalls and headliner to go.

Meanwhile, the Interstate Cadets are queueing up for their run into Oshkosh at the end of July. The EAA magazine has a cover picture of the airplane Cornelia Fort was flying out of Rodgers Field on Oahu the morning Pearl Harbor was attacked - it'll be there for AirVenture. I won't. Drat.

The Interstate and Arctic Tern bunch have made up hats for the first dozen to show up and a rally point is ready for them the night before their entrance at Wittman Field.

I'll get there some day. Malcolm said so.
